Matria

Matria is a boutique restaurant that especialized in signature cuisine, that uses typical peruvian flavours to create innovative dishes that are one of a kind. It is located in the heart of the gastronomic scene in Lima, Peru. The project constituted in two remodelations over a two year span, that amplified the restaurant and gave it a new terrace area that seeked to connect the interior and exterior. As a result, indoor and outdoor seating were intertwined by a window table. The design of this restaurant is inspired by the andes region of peru, a region that is significant in their cuisine, as most of the ingredients result from this area, and are highly seasonal.
